“He knows the way that I take; When He has tested me, I shall come forth as gold.” Job 10:23 NKJV

Hello, my name is Tracy B. Reynolds and I am an artist, writer, teacher, and minister of the gospel. I am grateful that God has given me a unique mix of gifts and talents to fulfill His purposes but most of all that I am, by the grace of God a survivor and an overcomer. My favorite scripture is Romans 8:28, “God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.”

I was born in Long Island, NY, raised in a small town in West Virginia and currently live in North Carolina. Everything that I have accomplished has been by God’s grace and mercy. I am truly a poor girl from West Virginia and should not be where I am today. Not saying that I have done a lot but from where I have come from it is indeed a miracle.

I received a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from West Virginia University and then relocated to Charlotte, NC. I’ve worked as a muralist, portrait artist, and art teacher. I founded Blessed Heart Art, L.L.C. an art business that specializes in Christian themed art. I love teaching art to young children and adults but also have a passion for literacy. Therefore, I pursued and received an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Central Piedmont Community College. I have worked as an Early Childhood Education professional for over 18 years. With a passion for biblical literacy, I plan to create tools for preschool children and parents to increase their understanding of the Holy Bible and God’s purpose in their lives.

My journey as a leader and minister of the gospel began in 2003 when I received my minister’s license at The Park Church in Charlotte, NC. While serving at The Park, I founded The V.I.E.W., a visual arts ministry for youth and adults, organized a Leadership Training and Development Program for high school students and served as a lay counselor and small group facilitator. I was also a missionary to New Orleans, LA, Kenya, East Africa and Jamaica, West Indies. During this time, I also pursued and received a Master of Divinity degree, as well as a Certificate in Urban Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Charlotte, NC.

I currently serve as a licensed minister at New Beginnings Church under the dynamic leadership of Rev. Dr. Michael L. Henderson Sr. and Rev. Dr. Twanna Henderson. I also serve on the Intercessory Prayer, Our Journey of Hope Cancer Care and Counseling ministries.

In my spare time, I enjoy writing, cooking, and physical fitness. I am a certified AFAA instructor, Women’s Fitness Specialist, and 3-time Sprint Triathlete. I also enjoy serving the community as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

“This is the Lord’s doing; It is marvelous in our eyes. This is the day which the Lord has made; Let us rejoice and be glad in it.” Psalm 118:23-24
