Even when we are sitting still our muscles are still moving. However, that movement is not productive. In order to have productive movement we must decide to move.
At this point in your life you may be at a place where you feel like making a move is pointless. You may feel that the prayers you have prayed will never get answered. I am here to encourage you as I have encouraged myself, to move!
In one of my favorite songs, Move (Keep Walkin") by Toby Mac. The lyrics say:
I know your heart been broke again
I know your prayers ain’t been answered yet
I know you’re feeling like you got nothing left
Well, lift your head, it ain’t over yet, ain’t over yet so MOVE
Yes, keep moving and going forward. Simply words but powerful in the fulfilling of your purpose and what God has called you to do. As God told Joshua "Be strong and courageous," (v. 1:6) Decide at this moment that you will take the steps, walk forward, take the leap and make that move.
When coming out of an experience that has sidetracked your movement, you must fight and be determined that you will get back on track. Move past breast cancer, depression, obesity, rejection and any other obstacle that has formed from a bad situation or bad choices or life experiences that you had no control over.
“No weapon that is formed against you will prosper" (Isaiah 54:17)
Get up and MAKE THAT MOVE!
